Well not so much of a problem among the Nazi leadership - Hitler shagged his niece, Rohm was gay, Himmler preached polygamy, Goebbels had an affair with a Czech actress, Mussolini was a womanising rapist…They were hardly sexual puritans. They did however insist on traditional sexual roles for everyone else, and murdered homosexuals. But Reich thought sexual repression was the cause of all suffering…not sure.
